Where can i do my MBA or M.E degree..?

Hi,,i Have finsihed my B.E civil engg and i hav the B.E degree..i am now un-employed and i want to do either MBA or M.E..i finished my B.E in an Anna University affiliated college..can i do my M.E/MBA in a private deemed insitution like SRm university or should i only do it in a College affiliated to Anna university.? pls help
