I bought a bottle of hemp vodka in prague! could i take it back to the states?

is it legal to take a bottle of hemp vodka to the states? on an airplane? i will be arriving in california. the bottle is still sealed and i have no intention of ever opening it i just thought it was a cool thing to have. It is a very small bottle, probably somewhere around half a liter, if that. If some one also knows a .gov website where i could get info or the link to the direct page affiliated with my situation i would really appreciate it.
