What do you think of my workout regimen?
I've got a workout that helped me out k bench press ( find your max the. End 20 lbs from it by going 10-8-7-6-5-3-2) then close bench 3 sets of 8 after that flat flys 5 sets of 10 then military press 3 sets of 10 after that tricep pill downs 3 sets of 10 then lag pull downs 3 sets of 8 front and back after that go to trap pulls 3 sets of 10 then arm curls inside and outside 3 sets of 8 then run a mile for a cool down on leg days it's squat 3 sets of 10 leg extensions 3 sets of 12 hold for 2 seconds then calf raises 5 sets of 20 then dealift 3 sets of 10 and cool down with a mile.
