What bird should I get?

I suggest getting a love bird. They are much smarter and more personable than either a budgie or cockatiel. They are cheap ($75-$125), easy to care for, come in all sorts of colors, not too loud, not too messy and LOVES to cuddle (Right now, mine is hiding in my jacket as I'm typing this.) Check out all the baby love bird videos on YouTube and see for yourself. Anyway, best of luck in whatever you choose.
