Newborn fell over, feeling like a terrible mom! Help please?

I was just sitting on the couch with my 4 week old and I wad holding him in one hand as I was getting ready to feed him. He then threw his body weight causing him to flop out of my arm and face first on the couch. He did NOT fall off it. I caught him right away. What I'm worried about is if flopping like that could have hurt his neck or soft spot?? Should I be worried? He didn't cry at all. This is my first child so I'm extra paranoid...
