Do i need to renew my visa if i am changing college in uk?

ok guys, i got a 3 years visa i am currently studying hsc level 6 in a college but it is not affiliated with any university therefore i want to change and go to a HIGHLY TRUSTED sponsors which is affiliated with a university so that i can pursue my study...PLzzz help me out am stuck!!!!and also will i and my dependent be entitled to work if i am doing a graduate diploma in health and social care(which is an NQF level 6)
