Is my penis too big, too small, or just right?

I am 12 years old. My penis is 4 inches soft and 6 inches hard. I am also African American if it matters. I have been doing research on this topic and it says that the average penis size is 6 inches but 6 inches just seems too small. I have started puberty very early. My mustache sprouted out when i was around 9. i have a small amount of pubic hair on my testicles and I have 1/4 inch of hair above my penis. I have trimmed it multiple times which leads me to believe it would be around 3 or 4 inches in length if I hadn't. I am 5'4 tall and weigh 130 pounds and am very strong compared to classmates. I can lift about 180 - 200 pounds ( I don't do it often). i found this out when I did heavy lifting because I was helping my friend move. With this information I assume that I am growing too fast. I have also been getting a lot of erections lately. So does this mean that me and my penis are finished growing? Is there a chance that I will grow some more? I don't know what to do with my skin! What the heck is wrong with it and how do I fix it?

I don't even know if my skin is dry or dehydrated at this point - or both? It feels very tight/dry after I wash my face or take a shower. It's not flaky or white. I have a mild rosacea so the extreme dryness or dehydration really irritates it. I use a serum which helps but it's not enough, and when I put moisturizer on my face, especially where the rosacea is, gets really shiny. I don't understand why it's shiny though when there's no oil or sebum,, how can there be when I JUST put moisutizer on? It's really frustrating. I just want my skin to be hydrated and soft and normal. Can someone help me?

Have feelings for my ex?

She broke up with me a month ago very suddenly.We had been dating 5 months and had many good times but also a few arguments leading her to be disappointed in us and she found some bum who was willing to listen to her problems. All of her friends love me and are shocked she has left me being that im a genuinely nice guy and treated her well and now she may be seeing this other guy at work. I ended up deleting her facebook and deleting all our pictures. But yesterday made me second guess myself. I ran into her at work and i asked her how she was feeling. She explained to me she was going home early and she wasn't feeling well she said i know how she is when shes sick because i use to take care of very well when she was sick and i said yes i remember. Her eyes were teary and her voice was soft and i told her to have a nice vacation. I was very kind smiley and bubbly. Shortly after though i got a pain in my stomach like i felt there was something there and maybe i should shoot her a text while shes on vacation this upcoming week. I am strong and prepared to move forward i just feel like this girl is very special to me even though for some reason even though she did me wrong. What would you do in my shoes?
